Magnetic therapy is an alternative medical practice that uses static magnets to alleviate pain and other health concerns.  This therapy works with the subtle energies of the body, and is a gentle and non-invasive therapy.  Magnet Therapy offers you an option to drug therapy, which may pose further health risks.  Package contains 18 magnets; 12mm in diameter.  
 
Instructions:
1.  Do not put a magnet near your heart,  and do not use if you have a pacemaker.
2.  Use the North side to release pain. Tape this side on your pain, for a maximum of 6 hours or until pain starts to dissipate.  Keep on for an hour or so, but do not leave on overnight or for long periods of time. Turn over and place the south side for 5 minutes only.  Then remove. 
3.  Do not use the south side of a magnet if you have cancer.
4.  For a Broken bone:  Use 3 magnets. Put the north side of one magnet on the skin directly over the break.  Put the north side of a second magnet on your skin, just below the break. Tape a third magnet with south side agains the skin, one inch above the break (toward your head).  This helps close a circuit and heal the bones back together. Only do this a few hours each day.  Do not use if you have broken skin around 
the break.  
 
THE NORTH SIDE draws energy toward it. This is why it takes away pain.
 
THE SOUTH SIDE disperses energy away from it. This is why it helps circulation.
