Service Description

In this session, we will discuss your weight loss goals, and determine what you have been doing to date that has either worked, or not worked. We may look at emotions, limited beliefs, nutrition, meal planning, contributing health issues, food intolerances and testing, energetic patterns that may be contributing and energetics homework that help bring your body back into balance.
